Cheesy Mini-Burgers recipe

Some call these Cheesy Mini-Burgers. Others may say they're garlicky meatballs. Whatever they are, there's one thing we know: They're great on white rice.

It was very tasty and delicious. My daughter loved it and would like for me to make it again.

Really good except the burgers fell apart. Next time I'll use an egg.

These were awesome! Next time I'm going to serve them on those little potato rolls instead of on rice.

I liked this. We served it with wheat pasta b/c we are big rice fans. The burgers were good. Still gotta work on a different side.

My family is very picky. This recipe was fantastic for everyone! No complaints tonight. I did add about a tsp of seasoned salt though. Thank you for this great, easy meal.

So good. I made this as an appetizer for my father's birthday party and it was a hit. Easy to make and serves well as an entree with mac and cheese for the kids.

I was a little skeptical, but I couldn't believe how quickly my kids and husband ate it up! The only downfall was that it was a little greasy to clean up. But with results like that, I can't complain! I will definitely make it again!

This is a great kid-friendly/toddler-friendly meal. For easier prepping/moist patties, try using a small cookie scoop to form the burgers. Less handling = softer/more moist patties. Also, you can substitute a pinch of mustard powder or seasoning salt for the garlic and it makes it taste more like a mini burger!
