This was great! I added more lemon and more dressing and a little bit of garlic for extra flavor. I also cooked the rice separate and mixed it with the chicken and vegetables at the end, it was perfect!

I used too much dressing. It was pretty stong, so beware, but overall, with a greek salad, it was scrumptious!

I really liked this recipe, the flavour was great. I made on a hotplate in my dorm... the only thing was the rice, it was tasting a bit undercooked. but i've prolly gotten lazy from always using my steamer.

My family loved it. They especially enjoyed the flavor. I usually cook with regular rice in a steamer so I wasn't used to minute rice. The rice was a little undercooked. My fault though!

My whole family loved this recipe! Easy to make and to double as well. I even made a vegetarian version for my daughter using chickpeas instead of the chicken.

Wonderful flavor. I added a little bit more lemon to ours. So good that my boyfriend and I fought over who would get the leftovers for lunch the next day!

Fabulous taste! I added a little more lemon than called for and used left over turkey for the meat.

This is wonderful. The flavors of lemon, oregano, and the dressing balance just right with the chicken. And it is nice to have a chicken thigh recipe once in a while. Even though chicken thighs have more fat content, they taste a little different and are much cheaper than chicken breasts.
