I embellished this a bit. Added salt, garlic powder and a little lemon juice. Also real mayo instead of lowfat. My family really liked it. It was moist and had a great flavor. I will definitely be making it again.

The first time I made this it didn't have much flavor, but I made it again, and sprinkled a little salt and pepper on the fillets before I added the mayo, and I used and aged Parmeson cheese for more flavor. Its good! The whole family likes it and its such an easy way to prepare fish!

This recipe has made me love fish again! I make this at least once a week. I have managed to make it a 15 minute meal. I come home, pre-heat the oven and begin boiling the water for the stuffing while I prep the fish, and pop it in the oven with a steamed bag of broccoli in the microwave. The stuffing is ready in no time as well. It is quick, easy, and my husband loves it.

This super simple, super quick way to fix fish is soooo delicious! And I'm NOT a fish lover. I skipped the stove top (to save calories) and steamed some broccoli instead of green beans. I've made this twice already and it's on my menu for next week.

This recipe was so easy and tasty. I absolutely loved it. I don't have a broiler so I had to use the baking option. It didn't look as golden-brown as the picture, but it certainly tasted great.
