The taco skillets are my favorite recipes! This one is really good; it's nice to use pork for a change.

I used chicken instead of pork. Yummy. Sort of like filling for fajitas.

Didn't even have all the ingredients...had white boil-in-bag rice (had to cook 5 min longer), a green pepper, and the taco seasoning on-hand...made it anyway, and it was still very yummy. My hubby, who only sometimes likes pork, gave it two thumbs up.
