I made this recipe today, it made a lot more than 16 balls! I also added some garlic to kick it up a notch, mmm! I would make these again and maybe add some diced onion and some parsley.

Everyone loves this recipe. I have a hard time getting them to the table cause the kids and their dad swipe them off the pan as soon as they're out of the oven!!!!! I like to add onion and I use ground turkey or chicken instead of pork.

Easy recipe. Made twice. Used a melon scooper to form balls. Since I am not a fan of cranberry sauce, I made dish without it. The second time I added the cranberry sauce and it was surprisingly delicious. Next time, I will try strawberry jam. Used at a brunch and everyone requested a copy of the recipe.

AWESOME. EVERYONE LOVES THIS INCLUDING THE KIDS. BUT I ADD A WHOLE CAN OF CRANBERRY SAUCE INSTEAD OF 3/4 ( I LIKE CRANBERRIES) AND USUALLY I MAKE IT IN A 7X11 CASSEROLE DISH INSTEAD. JUST SPREAD IT EVENLY IN THE PAN INSTEAD OF THE BALLS. FASTER EASIER AND JUST AS DELICIOUS

I found this recipe over 5 years ago in a Kraft magazine, lost it and have been searching for it ever since. I found it again today searching this site. I am so happy because they are so tasty and easy to make and you don't have to worry about stuffing the turkey. I can hardly wait to make them for Christmas this year. The original recipe called for bulk pork sausage that come in the tube so I will probably stick with that instead of the ground pork.
