Used ground turkey instead of pork and call them turkey balls. I didn't make them last Thanksgiving and was told "Don't let this happen again!" Everyone loves them.

I made this for my family and liked it so well I also made it and took it to a Christmas Party at a friends house last year. They called to invite me again this year and requested I make the Stuffing Balls again as everyone liked them so much.

I choose to use spray better to give them a golden glaze... otherwise when you use a brush, they tend to fall apart. Also, let them chill before you roll them into the balls.

The first time I made them it seemed hard to ball up so I put the mixture in the fridge for a while to make it easier to ball up. So, the second time I didn't put as much water in it hoping that it would be easier to ball and it was but there is a reason for the water....I wasn't thinking and the stuffing mix needed to absorb the water. They were still good but a little crunchy!
