I loved these, and so did my family. I served them with Thanksgiving dinner and they were a hit. I like that you can make them ahead and freeze them. I doubled the recipe except for the pork. I only used 1.5 lbs, and it was plenty.

These stuffing balls were the biggest hit of my Thanksgiving dinner last year! Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe. It was requested I make these again this year. These are great all year round!

Yum! I love the combination of sweet and savory. For anyone who thinks this is a bland recipe, you can use breakfast sausage instead of plain ground pork.
