I took this recipe to a cooking class at school and we made it up. Everyone liked the stuffing balls. The teacher took the rest home to serve her family.

Bland, and falling apart if not handled properly. It certainly needs more taste, but not at all greasy. I thought it would have more crunch. Maybe it should also be rolled in stuffing mix again before baking.

Little bland, needs more flavor.

This was very tasty, and a big hit with a crowd. I would like a little more cranberry taste, so I plan to add more next time, and I would try other stuffing flavors, too, just for fun. It's a little greasy, but what can you do? Delish.

made this for thanksgiving and will make again this easter , i made a double batch and used chicken stuffing and the sour dough stuffing, i also divided the recipe and made 1/2 with cranberries and the other 1/2 with out and added extra water for moisture from not using the cranberries in that 1/2. i liked the one without cranberries. but i'm not a fan of cranberries

I mis-read the recipe and substituted pork sausage for the ground pork....everyone like it that way best, but what a wonderful substitute for the same old stuffing recipes...and I didn't have all the leftovers either! I have made it on several occasions since Thanksgiving and gotten raves each time. Thanks for the idea!

Absolutely wonderful. I made these for Christmas & Thanksgiving. I don't cook that much so this was perfect for me. Everyone loved them. My brother even thought that I bought them that way.

These were very good for something that small. They didn't take long to make and they tasted great.
