Stuffing Balls

I made these to accompany a pork loin. They are delicious. My husband raved about them.

I made these and they were GREAT!! My 3 year-old loved them and she doesn't like stuffing of any kind! We will have them again soon :)

For Thanksgiving I doubled this recipe and made it according to the directions. They were a hit. Next time I will try it with spicy ground. I recommend this for all. Even picky eaters.

The taste was great. I substituted Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken with Stove Top Stuffing Mix Italian Style with Roasted Garlic. I don't know if this box has less stuffing mix or not, but I ended up adding extra bread crumbs to mine because it was kinda soupy. I put them in muffin pans because I was afraid it would make a mess, but they came out ok. I just forgot to spray or line with foil and they stuff some. But that didn't affect the taste. I will make them again soon. Peg^..^

I made this scrumptious little balls for a church breakfast. I used ground hot italian sausage. Everyone loved them. This balls are easy and make a great appearance. Very delicious!

This is the best one yet, easy to make and tastes GREAT!

I use what is left of the cranberry sauce plus a can of canberry sauce. Add orange juice and brown sugar to taste plus about 1 T of catup. I use whole cranberry can instead of sauce. Makes it something to bite into.

We used sausage for these. Very good, but a bit sweet. Everyone loved these and they disappeared quickly.

I have to admit I goofed. In the magazine the 1 cup of water is not listed in the ingredients and I missed it in the instructions. I had to add an extra egg because the balls wouldn't hold together. It worked pretty well. My husband thought they lacked some flavor so suggested trying them with sausage next time
