Stuffing Balls

It was so delicious!! My family raved!!!! I think you could make this as a casserole also to avoid the crumble. To top off the table, try the 4 Layer Pumpkin Cake too, yummy!!!!! Sue

My family all loved this recipe as a Thanksgiving appetizer. I made them exactly as instructed. They have a simple and delicious flavor. I made them a little smaller than the recipe calls for, and ended up with 35 or so meatballs. I used Pam so they wouldn't stick, but some of them were kind of crumbly. I was a little disappointed in that, but my family raved about how good they were. I made them ahead of time and froze them as well.

These were pretty good, but weren't quite flavorful enough. A little too sweet.

I found that the mixture was too loose. It was really hard to work with. They also tasted too sweet because of the amount of cranberry sauce.

OK I admit it, I added 1.5 cups celery and 1 cup onion and 1 can water chestnuts all chopped. Plus 1 tsp poultry seanoning. Made a double portion for family T-day and none were left. They were great. Next time would use cubed dry sourdough bread as I was looking for a coarser texture. But it is a keeper as modified

Great recipe. I made 4 days early. Thawed for Thanksgiving. So easy to make. Delicious to eat.

I made these for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved them! I made them the night before and found that they stayed together much better and saved time!

You have to try it to beleive it! I made a double recipe for Thanksgiving! They flew off the table. Everyone loved them!

Fast, fun for the kids and very delicious. I will serve this today (Thanksgiving) and many more occasions.
