I love them! My middle son can't get enough and they fit in his hands!! These are great for parties, or not over-indulging!! It takes a while to make the crust, but it still forms well. It would be great with an apple pie filling of some sort as well.

I loved these little pecan bites. Ready to make another batch, but this time, I'll try a regular size muffin pan. Hopefully that will save time.

This small pie/tart is really good...not too sweet. I gave some to my boyfriend's mom & she really liked it..

These taste good but they are a lot of work. It seems like there should be an easier way to press the dough into the muffin pan. Some of the pies were difficult to get out of the pan; maybe spraying with cooking spray would have helped.

they were good, but didn't think they were worth the trouble. it was so hard to press into mini-muffin pan, and they didn't come out as nicely as i hoped. tasted good as i said, would not make again unless by special demand.

This recipe was SIMPLE and DELICIOUS. I made them for Thanksgiving and they were a hit. I will certainly make them again for Christmas.
