I made these last year for Christmas and everyone loved them. I hate cooking but love to bake and these were so easy.

everyone loves this recipe! my husband, who does not like sweets, loves these little pies. i found that placing very cold (refridgerated) dough balls in each of the muffin cups was easy to spread with a baby spoon sprayed with pam. did not need chocolate drizzle. perfect by themselves!

I made these last year at Christmas, and they turned out beautifullyl. They are so easy to make. I plan to make them again this year! Instead of drizzling chocolate on them, however, I topped them with a few pieces of crushed pecan.

My family and I enjoyed the nice and not too sweet treat and my friend cannot believe that i did it by myself, they even asking for more. I really enjoy doing this easy and very delicious tart over and over and I even used it as a gift.

This is my speciality now. I just found the perfect tool through a kitchen catolog that makes the shellls for you. it is a stick with a ball at the end and it cuts time in half when making the shells...love this recipe
