What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup milk

eggs, beaten

can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

can (15 oz.) cream-style corn

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.

Substitute

My Sister made this for a Dinner at my house and I never got the recipe from her. This was a great discovery when I did make it- I might try the pepper jack on it next time to give it the kick. Excellant any way you make it.

This is a wonderful recipe! My family asks me to bring this for every holiday. A trick that I learned is its better in a smaller casserole pan than the larger pan.

This recipe was simple and inexpensive. It would be great for anytime of the year. I took this to a dinner at my in-laws and everyone really seemed to enjoy it except for my husband and myself. Warning: if you aren't a fan of cream style corn, you probably aren't going to like this.

Accidental discovery last night. I made it as the recipe said, but when it was done I put Pepper jack cheese slices on top and put it back in the oven on warm for 20 mins. This melted the cheese and made it super moist and delicious! You could put whatever cheese you wanted on top, but this added a little kick to it!
