What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup milk

eggs, beaten

can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

can (15 oz.) cream-style corn

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.

Substitute

Replace cornbread mix with 3/4 cup each: cornmeal and flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. baking powder. Continue as directed.

I think that next time I would make it with two cans of regular corn instead of the creamed corn, make it a little less sweet.

This is great but can be addictive. I had to remove it from the table because my mother-in-law couldn't stop eating it! Next time I will try it with ham or green chile for a different flavor.

This was the hands down favorite at christmas. Tastes a lot like cornbread but much better.

I made this at thanksgiving. I was so so very good. I also made it again for a potluck at work and added chopped up ham to it. They loved it. I will make this again and again.
