I made this recipe for thanksgiving and got mixed reviews but i think it's because I accidently picked up a can of sweet cream of corn and that makes a difference. Will definetly try again with the correct ingredients.

This is a very tasty recipe. It's cornbread-like and best if served warm. My family loved it.

I was first introduced to this recipe when my daughter asked me to bake it for her to take to an office party. I had all the ingredients so I baked one for myself as well. It has been a big hit ever since.

I didn't like that there is whole kernals of corn in it. I will puree or use 2 cans ofcreamed corn next time. It was a little too dry. Fixed it for Thanksgiving and no one was really impressed with it, had lots of left overs.

I thought it was slighty sweet and bland. Maybe a twist would be to us a can of mexican corn and add spices. It seemed to be a little less done in the middle also.

This one surprised me. I just tried it on the spur of the moment. I had done corn loaves before but was never impressed by them. I took this to our Thanksgiving dinner and all my kids liked it. It is a winner. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a little drained Rotel to it.

I MADE THIS SIDE DISH FOR MY FAMILY THE OTHER NIGHT AND THEY ENJOYED IT. I PREPARED IT WITH THE SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN--IT WENT WELL TOGETHER.

I don't know what I was expecting, but no one in my family liked this, and now I'm stuck with a bunch of leftovers that I'm trying to choke down. The cheese didn't make this different enough to replace my cornbread recipe.
