This is the perfect side dish for any meat. I made it for a dinner party with stuffed peppers and everyone loved it! It did take a bit longer to cook. And make sure the cream cheese is soft or else you get small bits of cheese in it...

This was a BIT HIT. It bakes up with an almost breadlike texture. Actually, it could replace stuffing. It's not exactly low cal but I will definitely make it again for special occasions.

I made this for an office pot-luck, I hadn't made this recipe before ever but thought it was quick and easy to do. It came out great! So many people came up to me afterwards for the recipe. Some commented that they would try it for their kids who didn't like rolls/bread. Note - I had to bake it longer , 35 minutes still looked a little soggy in the center. I would try to bake this right before I was serving it, it looks and smells awesome out of the oven, I had made it the night before to take to the office, and the crust had become a little tough, but it was still soft to chew and epople loved it!

Prepared this for our church potluck. There was not a bite left and everyone liked it. Several cooks wanted the recipe since it was a different "corn casserole". My family has requested it as a side dish for Thanksgiving. It was SO easy to prepare!

Tried it at a family dinner and thought it was excellent. I also would like to try it with some sort of hot pepper seasoning.

My family thought it was very good. I thought it could use a little peppers, onion and more corn. I will try Mexican corn in it also. My husband thought it was a bread substitute and I thought it was a nice side dish.

Made this over the weekend for a family party. Everyone RAVED about it. It was so easy to make and it isn't just for kids! The adults loved it. I've already had a request for the recipe!!

this is delicious! Brought it to a friends for dinner, all her kids and mine ate it! she asked for the recipe! I highly recommend this dish. It is super easy, and thi kids can help make this, too. Very economical, as well!
