What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup milk

eggs, beaten

can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

can (15 oz.) cream-style corn

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.

I made this recipe b/c of the positive responses. OMG! This was just not good. My whole family would not eat it. Just Bland. I won't be making it again.

Made this for Easter instead of potatoes or rice. Four generations LOVED it, so I'll be making this again soon. Easy but so yummy.

I make this dish mainly during the holidays. It is one of the favorite dishes on the table! Instead of milk I use buttermilk and it is scrumptious!! It is a regular request that I bake this dish during the holidays!
