What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup milk

eggs, beaten

can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

can (15 oz.) cream-style corn

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.

Excellent! A perfect side dish with turkey or ham, a nice change from just plain corn.

This was a little too egg-bake like for my tastes. I think I would make it next time with 2 eggs instead of 3. I also added chopped red and green peppers which I thought gave it a little something extra.

I LOVE this recipe; I use it all the time. I add sausage to it for brunch and add crumbled bacon to it for a warm breakfast. My kids love it!

I added 5 very small hot pepers ... choped very very ver small .... to give it a kick!!! LOVE IT

This is a easy and very tasty dish, I have past it on to many co workers and they also say it is a very easy ad superb dish, great meal also for different bring a dish holiday party.

This was SO good..a huge hit. I lightened it up with fat free milk, reduced fat cream cheese, out of the 3 eggs I used 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites and used 2% shredded cheddar instead of whole moilk cheese. I added half a chopped green bell pepper and it smelled and tasted great.

I made this for a pitch-in and everyone went crazy over it. I am making it again tonight for another pitch-in. Great recipe!!!!!!!!!
