What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup milk

eggs, beaten

can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

can (15 oz.) cream-style corn

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.

Substitute

Replace cornbread mix with 3/4 cup each: cornmeal and flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. baking powder. Continue as directed.

I've made this twice and both times the family loved it. I sprinkled extra cheddar cheese on top and it turned out even better!!

i switched out the cream cheese and used 16 oz sour cream, very good as a side at a barbque

Very disappointing. Easy to make but flavorless. Tasted like corn that is about it. I was hoping it would have more of a cheesey cream cheese taste. Would make again with some hamburger and chille and more cheese.

I used a mexican blend corn instead of plain and thought it would spice it up little bit but in the end it was very bland, I threw most of it out. I will find a different recipe for the next time I make it.

I added Taco cheese and a few hot peppers and served it as a mexican side dish

This side dish is outstanding. Everytime I make it, I have more requests. It's fast and easy and very filling. This has become my "bring a dish" favorite!!
