What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup milk

eggs, beaten

can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

can (15 oz.) cream-style corn

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.

I tried this as something different for my fussy family. They LOVED it and several of the girls asked for the recipe. I will definitely make this again - even the little ones liked it.

I made this for a family Christmas party and everyone loved it! You know this is a good recipe when teenagers come back for seconds on this before hitting the desserts. It's extremely simple and delicious. It also reheats well.

This was our side dish on xmas and eveyone raved about it. This was by far one of the easiest recipes to whip up for a quick change in the menu. Might I add how tasty it was!! Enjoy as we did.

I have gotten big kudos for this recipie a number of times. It's pretty quick and easy to make and I haven't met anyone who doesn't love it yet!

i served this for thanksgiving and it was great.i doubled this recipe to feed 15 people it made alot and i had no leftovers. even the picky eaters loved it and i didnt tell them it had cream cheese:)

Absolutely delicious!! So easy and quick to make, and impossible to mess up. The cream cheese gives it just the right amount of richness. It quickly became a family favorite, holiday or not!
