We love this recipe. I jazz up it a bit by adding a 1/4 tsp nutmeg to the egg mixture and a little prepared horseradish for some zip. Great taste, so easy to prepare and lovely to present!

the quiche tastes unbelievably good for such a simple recipe. I've made it so many times now, to all my friends & family's request.

This recipe was really good. I have made a spinach quiche before that didn't turn out well in terms of flavor, but this one was excellent. I think the miracle whip makes all the difference. Easy to make and highly recommended.

I love this recipe, as it is easy to throw together and everyone thinks you went to a lot of trouble. Served it for brunch with girlfriends, fresh fruit on the side. It was a big hit.

This was fantastic and pretty easy to make. I substituted fat-free milk, reduced-fat mayo, and part-skim cheese to get a healthier dish. Reduced-fat pie crusts help, too, if you can find them. This is now a dinner staple at my house!

So easy, even for a beginner like myself. Works great even a few days later, i ate it for a week!

Best quiche ever! I omitted the mushrooms and used fresh spinach instead of frozen. Many compliments!

I doubled this recipe to make two and it doubled very nicely. Although, I didn't double the spinach. I took one to a potluck the next day and warmed it up and it was a hit! It's a great potluck item. I baked them for 40 minutes and they were almost burned! Don't bake for 50 minutes as the recipe calls for, it's way too long. Next time I will add some seasoning or salt and pepper, it was a bit bland. Otherwise, it was easy and will make it again! A nice change of pace from our normal chicken casserole dinners.

This is a great recipe. It was so moist & delicious! I only had to bake it about 25-30 mins...50 mins and it would have been black. Just be sure you keep an eye on it since everyones ovens are different. Also I added a liberal amount of (garlic) salt & pepper which they left out in the recipe. I will definitely tell my friends and family to make this...THANKS!
