What You Need

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

onion, chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained

eggs

1/3

cup milk

1/3

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

frozen pie crust (9 inch), thawed

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach.

WHISK eggs, milk and dressing in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach mixture and cheese; mix well. Pour into crust; sprinkle with bacon.

BAKE 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve this easy-to-make entrée with a mixed green side salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, a whole grain roll and fresh fruit for dessert.

Variation

Prepare using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

Special Extra

Transfer frozen pie crust from foil pan to pie plate before filling as directed.

This was delicious, but the amount of spinach was a little overpowering. Next time I'll decrease the spinach by half, and add more eggs.

I've made this recipe many times. It is so easy and so good. It's one of my husband's favorites.

I used a half packet of spinach as it can be overpowering, I used a mixture of cheddar and monterey jack cheese, it was what I had on hand, I used light mayo instead of the miracle whip and I left out the bacon. It was delicious. You can adjust this recipe to what you have on hand.

Quiche is always good and versatile. You can put basically whatever you have in the house into it. I usually use a recipe that requires half and half (which I don't keep in the house regularly) and I found this looking for another option. I used mayonnaise instead of miracle whip b/c I really hate Miracle Whip. Worked out great.

It was a good recipe,but if you don't like your quiche to be sweet you might not like it.I think its the miracle whip.I might make it again using something different.

I make this recipe all the time now, with I don't know how many variations, depending on what I have in the refrigerator! My family LOVES it....
