the quiche turned out quite well, though the amount of filling produced by the recipe was more than would fit in the pie shell. I ended up discarding about 1/2-3/4 cup filling. I also wound up baking it for about 40 minutes, and felt as though if i left it in any longer, it would go from "golden" to dark brown. i usede about 3/4-1 cup spinach, which was a good balance, and didn't add bacon. next time i will omit the mushrooms and add extra cheese (cheddar and parmesan?) thanks kraft!

This was delicious, but the amount of spinach was a little overpowering. Next time I'll decrease the spinach by half, and add more eggs.

I used a half packet of spinach as it can be overpowering, I used a mixture of cheddar and monterey jack cheese, it was what I had on hand, I used light mayo instead of the miracle whip and I left out the bacon. It was delicious. You can adjust this recipe to what you have on hand.

The spinach just didn't work for this meal.

Quiche is always good and versatile. You can put basically whatever you have in the house into it. I usually use a recipe that requires half and half (which I don't keep in the house regularly) and I found this looking for another option. I used mayonnaise instead of miracle whip b/c I really hate Miracle Whip. Worked out great.

It was a good recipe, but if you don't like your quiche to be sweet you might not like it.I think its the miracle whip.I might make it again using something different.
