I make this recipe all the time now, with I don't know how many variations, depending on what I have in the refrigerator! My family LOVES it....

This is probably my best life saver recipe. I can throw it together while I'm dealing with email, on the phone, doing whatever and it will still make people wonder how I manage it. I keep bags of frozen mushies and spinach in the freezer at all times so I can make one at a minutes notice.

This was a very simple and easy meal. I served it with diced fried potatoes and bread. We loved it.

Family wasn't too crazy about it. It might be better with ham.

This is easy and delicious! After trying it a couple of times with the crust I decided to just spray pan with nonstick spray which we prefer. I also use dried onions and canned mushrooms with no problem. A keeper for sure!

I have made this recipe several times and it's always a hit!!!! I've even made this as part of an Easter Brunch. I also have made this by adding in a couple of dashes of Tabasco sauce or even a can of sliced waterchestnuts.

Wonderful, quick, and easy! Kids and husband both look forward to this meal. I used regular bacon instead of bacon bits.

Very good! I didn't have frozen spinach, so I used fresh (2 c. chopped, tightly packed), and it turned out great.
