What You Need

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

onion, chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained

eggs

1/3

cup milk

1/3

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

frozen pie crust (9 inch), thawed

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach.

WHISK eggs, milk and dressing in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach mixture and cheese; mix well. Pour into crust; sprinkle with bacon.

BAKE 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Variation

Easy to make, but it looks complex. And you can change the veggies when it isnt exciting anymore.

very good. a little too much spinach for me. I will cut the amount in 1/2 next time and I think it will be perfect.

I've made the recipe last night and I find it too liquidy- stuffing leaked out of the crust. So, I would recomend adding less milk or using a deep-dish crust.

I can not say enough goods things about this recipe. I made it and we DEVORED IT! This was the best quiche I have made in a long time.

This is a great, mild tasting recipe. I took the advice from earlier ratings and halved the spinach and it was the perfect amount.

This recipe is so easy to make and delicious to eat. I added ground sausage instead of the bacon and it is superb. Will try it again with different ingredients.
