My husband loved this. I used sweet onions and thawed my spinach in the microwave and squeezed it out by hand. Unlike some of the other testers, I did not have a problem with this being "liquidy." On the contrary, I found it cooked a lot faster than fifty minutes.

This dish is tasty, fast & healthy! I loved it. I added cheese to the top also.

Easy to make, but it looks complex. And you can change the veggies when it isnt exciting anymore.

very good. a little too much spinach for me. I will cut the amount in 1/2 next time and I think it will be perfect.

I've made the recipe last night and I find it too liquidy- stuffing leaked out of the crust. So, I would recomend adding less milk or using a deep-dish crust.

I can not say enough goods things about this recipe. I made it and we DEVORED IT! This was the best quiche I have made in a long time.

This is a great, mild tasting recipe. I took the advice from earlier ratings and halved the spinach and it was the perfect amount.
