This is an amazingly quick and easy quiche. VERY yummy! I've been looking for THE perfect quiche recipe and if you ask me, this is it! Even my 14 month old son gobbled it up!

This recipe is great! I wanted to make something different for our employee breakfast, so I made this quiche. I also made one with sausage. To my surprise my co-workers ate the spinach quiche before the sausage. I can't wait to make it again.

This recipe was great! I made it and brought it for lunch for a few days. I think next time I'll omit the mushrooms as I didn't really see how they could make a difference

If you have picky kids like me, half the spinach or they won't eat it. I love it though but I love spinach.

Great dish for when family is in town. Served with garlic biscuts and a salad.

This was delicious. I didn't have spinach on hand, so I left that out, and even still, it was very tasty. I added some Canadian Bacon, and my husband and I both raved. Very easy, too!

A very good dish to have during the week and leftovers for a single person. I have made it several times. I alternate chopped ham or sauteed sausage (instead of bacon bits) and mix it in with the filling. I sprinkle a little extra cheese on top before baking. My 78 year old Dad loves it!
