I work on a labor and delivery unit, it is often that we don't get a "lunch break". I made this one Friday took it into work on Saturday morning. I'm not sure what happen to it(haha) but by 10am the pie tin was empty. I'm the person on the unit that does not cook. Not only was it simple it was very good, according to that empty pie tin.

This is one of the best quiche dishes I've made. It has a ton of flavor and is easy to make. The only change I made was adding 8 slices of chopped cooked bacon instead of the bacon bits. When I asked my husband how I should rate this one he he asked "What's the highest score?!!" I severed this with a caesar salad for a great weeknight dinner.

Delicious and so easy! Even my 2-year-old picky eater liked it. The leftovers were great and I will absolutely make this again!

This was good, yet I don't understand why it is called 4 Cheese Quiche when it has only one kind of cheese in it!
