This was good, yet I don't understand why it is called 4 Cheese Quiche when it has only one kind of cheese in it!
My family loved this recipe and I found it very easy to make. I did make a few changes. I added chopped garlic and instead of the miricle whip and milk I added a can of roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup. I also substituted ham for the bacon.
This was easy to prepare. My family does not like spinach but went back for seconds and even thirds. I used 2 cups of shredded cheese instead of 1 cup and everyone said it was just right. I'll definitely make this again.
recipe title says "4 cheese" but there are not 4 cheeses in ingredients list. i added some shredded cheddar cheese also, but i think parmesan would be good, too.
This was a good quick and easy recipe. I made one with bacon and one with chicken, adding more cheese would have enhanced this quiche. Will make again... Anita, Balto. MD
I thought it was very easy and fun! All the ingredients together looks so pretty too! I've never made a quiche before, but this one will make me look forward to making another one in the future! I think the hardest thing to do was chop the onions, sniff, sniff...
This was easy and delicious. I don't know why it is four cheese though, because there is only one cheese called for. I used Kraft finely shredded pizza mix cheese and added a lot of mushrooms. I think it could use a little seasoning, like some garlic with the onions to begin with and maybe a little salt. Also, I used real bacon crumbled up and mixed with the egg as well as on top. Reduced fat mayo and egg beaters and reduced fat cheese will take down the calorie and fat content. Next time I will reduce the spinach and add a protein like mini shrimps or diced cooked chicken...yummy!!
My first quiche and it came out fabulous. I can't believe how easy this was to make.
I tried this recipe at a baby shower and it was superb. I intend to make it myself.
SOO good and easy, just like my mother used to make! Mushrooms really make the difference.
