Weeknight Cheese Quiche

This quiche is go good, and for those who are not spinach lovers this will change your mine. We have an 18month old in the house and she eats this with no problem. You can even use the Low Cholesterol eggs.

This is the fourth time that I'm making this recipe. What I love about Kraft's recipes is that it's so simple to make and no salt is used which is a good thing because of my husband's diet restriction. I'm making it for him tonight, he loves it.

Lip-smacking good! We made this a few nights ago, doubling the recipe but using a 16-oz. package of frozen spinach rather than two 10 oz. packages. We made two pies with no other changes and the amount of spinach was perfect. I think I would agree with others that one 10-oz. package would be too much for one pie. Covering the crusts with foil was not necessary for our quiches, and we put a pan underneath to catch spills because the pies were rather full. All five of us were very impressed—it was one of the best quiche recipes we've tried. Next time we are going to double the recipe and put it in one of the 10” deep-dish pie pans we have, adjusting the cooking time as necessary. I will also use a homemade crust and create a high, fluted edge to contain run-over during baking. The cold quiche was perfect for lunch the next day too. We used two medium onions, and the only onions available in our area are very strong. I think the strong onion flavor really helped make this quiche

This was very yummy and very easy! I would recommend covering the crust with foil however--mine got pretty crispy.

I have made this quiche about 4 or 5 times. My husband and I LOVE IT. I made it for my parents, too. It's great for people who don't particularly like spinach, cause it has so much other flavor. We will continue to make this recipe again and again.

My family loved this quiche! My husband & children had never had it before & really enjoyed it warm. I will definitely make this again. I don't think I'll be making any changes to this recipe.

I agree with some of the reviews on here, it was a bit bland, however, i think the graham cracker crust gave it the taste it was missing.

Very yummy. Breakfast for dinner is a break from the ordinary. I used fresh baby spinach and it turned out very well.
