My husband and I love this recipe and my toddler will eat it! (which is a miracle) I like the amount of spinach, but I always have too much filling to fit the crust. I would recommend buying the deep dish pie crusts.

Easy quiche, however, it was way too much spinach. I would add more cheese, 1 more egg and 1/2 the spinach.

My husband and I made this dish tonight for the first time and think that the 10ozs of spinach is way to much, next time we will cut how much spinach we use, other then that we think it taste excellent! We also subsituted 3 of the eggs with egg whites and used cut up turkey bacon on top instead of bacon bits to help on the calorie, fat and cholestoral content of dish :) We will definitely fix this dish again!

Way too much spinach. I agree with other posters cut the spinach in half. I will add more eggs next time.

Delicious, easy, and a great way to get rid of leftover veggies hanging around your fridge! I swapped the bacon bits for some chopped up turkey bacon and substituted asiago for half of the cheese- INCREDIBLE!
