This is a great recipe for how easy it is. I would recommend NOT using bacon bits. It's much better without them.

It was ok, but my kids wouldn't touch it lol.

This was a great recipe. We make it several times a month.

This recipe has become a family favorite! I make it quite often, especially for holiday breakfast/brunch.

I would make this recipe becaus it has everything that I like. I think it would be a good dish for all children because it has the right stuff that can fool a kid intoeating it.

I used onions and zucchini instead of mushrooms. I lined the bottom of the pan with deli turkey and did not use the pie crust. I love it!

This is the best quiche I've made. It sets up well and my kids love it. I added diced deli ham instead of the bacon and put it on the bottom under the egg mixture which tasted great.

I added more mushrooms and onions and could have reduced the egg mixture by one egg. This was the best quiche I've had yet!

Easy, fast, and tasty. Even my picky mushroom hater ate it. Substitutions can be made with veggies, and meat.

My family is not a favorite of quiche, but I am. . . so I've tried to find a recipe they would like as well. This one went over very well. Instead of the mushrooms (just forgot to buy them!) I added leftover ham that I diced and added to the onions while cooking. I also crumbled real bacon on top instead of bacon bits (again, forgot to buy them!). The flavor was great and my family didn't have anything negative to say : ) That's a good thing!
