My family is not a favorite of quiche, but I am. . . so I've tried to find a recipe they would like as well. This one went over very well. Instead of the mushrooms (just forgot to buy them!) I added leftover ham that I diced and added to the onions while cooking. I also crumbled real bacon on top instead of bacon bits (again, forgot to buy them!). The flavor was great and my family didn't have anything negative to say : ) That's a good thing!
This was the first quiche I ever made and it was faaaaabulous! I really mean it. My fiance flipped over this. We had it for left overs 4 days in a row. Did not change a thing. What a great recipe. I can't wait to make it w/ diff ingredients!
Love this easy recipe. It's favorite of the whole family. The ingredients can be adjusted according to the likes and dislikes of your family.
My 6 year old son ate 3 pieces of this quiche! I just had to tell him it was bacon, egg and cheese pie. :)
this has been a staple for years. When I can't think of what to make for dinner, this always comes in handy! Quick and easy. I think I'll start experimenting w/ different vegetables and different cheeses.

I will cut the spinach in half next time. I think there was too much spinach. My husband liked it which is a good thing. It was very easy to make. One more thing... I only baked it for 35 minutes.
This was wonderful & simple. I used 1 cup of egg beaters instead of the eggs and you couldn't tell. I would recommend making sure the spinach is dried out very well.
This quiche was easy to make and tasted WONDERFUL! It was just as good the next day when warmed up. My hubby turned his nose up when I told him I was making spinach quiche..but he has eaten the majority of the quiche! For sure a "keeper"
