Easy Petit Fours

I wanted something to make as a light dessert for Christmas Eve. This was perfect. Everyone loved them. It was light and simple and the perfect match for our meal. I can only find these white fudge covered Oreo's at the holidays though. Wish I could find them when strawberries were in season.

I make this every Thanksgiving and everyone LOVES them, I used strawberry cream cheese and put berries on the top, it added more flavor.

So good and easy to make.

I made these over the holidays for several parties, and they were a hit. I couldn't find white chocolate oreos, so I used milk chocolate and used cheesecake flavored cream cheese. I still haven't tried them because they are gone as soon as they hit the table. I will definetely keep making them over and over.

I made these for a Women's Christmas Party. It was perfect for this occasion. And so easy to make!

I made these for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner party on 7/21/06. I was unable to locate the white chocolate covered Oreo's. Since the Bride's colors were pink, I dipped both the chocolate and vanilla Oreo cookies into pink tinted chocolate. These were a big hit with everyone at the party. I took the leftovers to our Church small group meeting a couple days after the wedding. Everyone throughly enjoyed them! They were so surprised how easy they were to make.

These are absolutely delicious. They are the most simple dessert you will make in your lifetime. And they always look beautiful,too.
