My husband and I both loved this dish and he hates broccolli! It was quick and easy. I cook it all the time.

It left the pan in record time. I thought I might have leftovers to take to work tomorrow...I was sadly mistaken!!

I made this for dinner last night and we loved it! I actually used the chicken that is cut up already for chop suey. They are bite size pieces, and saved time (and mess) of cutting up chicken. I read an earlier review that suggested cutting the chicken into bit size pieces and that is what gave me the idea to but it. I also substituted cream of celery, as that is a family favorite. So a little different twist on the recipe!

I recommend cutting the chicken into bite size pieces rather than strips. I would also add a little more broccoli.

This was very good, something different then the same old dish. Next time I will add mushrooms and try it with cream of broccoli soup as another reviewer mentioned. I did make it with brown rice instead of white and the consistency was a little crunchy. But very good and easy!!!
