This was great! I made it a little different because I had no white rice so instead I used Rice-a-roni Italian Cheese and Herb and cream of mushroom soup and substituted Kraft shredded Parmesan,Romano and Asiago cheese! Extra garlic. Awesome!!

I loved this! I used instant brown rice and cream of chicken soup- it was great. I actually like it better without the chicken.

This is a tasty and simple recipe. I've made it several times, and my husband made it last night. My 1 year old loves the cheesy rice!

Just needed more seasoning. Next time I will add more salt, pepper and maybe onions.

This dish is so good! It's super easy and fast. To lighten it up I use the 98% fat free soup, skim milk, brown rice, and 2% cheese. It is still so creamy and good! The left overs are great too. Just add a little milk and heat in the microwave or stove top.
