It makes really large portion sizes, I easily fed more than four. Was good, next time I will add more broccoli and a little less rice I think.

This is a quick and easy recipe and the ingredients are ones I always have on hand. I did sub corn for the broccoli and I used a little bit of onion powder and kosher salt. My husband liked it so much he actually ate the leftovers and asked me to make it 2 nights in a row!!

I liked it quite a bit, but it needed something more for a bit more flavor. I think I would make it again :)

This was a wonderfully creamy meal that my family loved! For quicker cooking, I cut the chicken into bite size pieces and used a little olive oil to cook the chicken.

My Daughter does not like broccoli, but she cleaned her plate with this meal...Great.

I used a mixed vegetable (carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli) instead of just broccoli. Very very good. I'm not a big veggie eater and this was a good way to cover it up!

I have made this multiple times and everyone likes it. Very quick to make after a long day at work. I add a little pepper.

This was soooo yummy! I actually subsituted in cream of celery and also did pea pods. I also might have added a little more that a cup of shredded cheese (which to me, more cheese makes things a whole lot yummier!) My husband said it was one of my better meals (I am not that great of a cook - so this ended up good and easy to make!)

This was so wonderful. I added some slivered carrots and sliced green onion before adding the soup. It was AWESOME. Definitely will make it again!
