Everybody thought that they tasted great and everybody loved them. I made a double batch and they were gone. I didn't add the cayenne pepper but I still thought they had great flavor.

I made these to take to a party and was so disappointed that I didn't even take them. They didn't have much flavor, but the cayenne pepper left a slight after-taste and hot sensation in the back of my mouth. I figured my husband would eat them since I didn't take them to the party, but he didn't like them either and also thought they had a weird after-taste. We ended up throwing them away!

I added sliced provolone along with garlic powder, rolled them up, covered them and put them in the refrigerator for about an hour. (They are easier to slice when they are cool) I pressed each uncooked spiral into a bowl of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic to really coat the top. They came out awesome!
