Very tasty - surprisingly so! I didn't have much hope for this, but ended up loving them, as did my family at our Christmas Eve gathering. Some of the more sensitive tasters said that they were spicy, but others thought there was a nice amount of "kick". Would make again!
I made this recipe slightly different using ham and mozzarella cheese with Worcestershire sauce and onion in the egg wash. Tasted good, but burned slight at 400 degrees. Made it again with frozen spinach and crumbled feta, dropped the temp down to 350, baked for 30 min. until golden brown. Tastes really good! Easy recipe to mix and match with. Plan to make a mini pizza version with a little bit of marinara sauce spread on the dough, ground sausage, and a shredded cheese blend. Should be delicious!
Delicious and easy.
Very good recipe! Versatile as well. I eliminated the red peppers and added onions, Southwest chipotle spice, and garlic powder.
For an interesting substitution, I eliminated the Parmesan chees and red pepper and replaced with with Asiago cheese and a small amount of pesto. It received rave reviews and leftovers reheated well.
This is great! I sprinkled shredded cheddar or colby jack on top of the parmesan before I rolled it up and it was awesome! I also tried serving them with homemade ranch dip and everyone loved it! I will be making this recipe for years to come.
This is an awesome recipe! I have made it for parties and such for the last 2 years and everyone always asks me to make them again. I will try doubling the ham and cheese like so many others have suggested. This recipe is also great because of the variety of ingredients you could use, so get creative, because it doesn't just stop at ham and parmesan cheese!!
Very good! Will make again!
These are very good. I love spicy food and these had some kick. The only down side is they're a little on the dry side. I'm going to try a different cheese next time I make them.
perfect for tailgating! not too hard to make but worth the extra effort.
