This is the best recipe to take to and event the biggest preparation is the cutting the veggies. VERY GOOD.....

I made this recipe to take to a friend's covered dish dinner. I served the vegetables hot instead of cold and it was a big hit. The only thing I changed was the dressing. I used Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan because that is what I had in the house. It was perfect. Everyone loved it.

I make this recipe ALL the time! It's so yummy! And perfect for anyone watching calories. I always substitute the Zesty Italian Dressing for the LIGHT Zesty Italian Dressing. I take it to cookouts and it's a huge hit every time. I'm always giving out the recipe!! =D

I personally thought this recipe was good, but my family didn't care for it. None of them are 'big' on Italian dressing or crisp tender veggies. Whadda they know? :o) They might have liked it better if I had not cooked the veggies at all and tossed it with a creamy type dressing. Then it would not have been this specific recipe at all.

I wasn't sure about this recipe at first, but I needed to make something that was quick and easy. Loved how it turned out! It went over really well and even had several recipe requests.

I made this recipe for an outdoor gathering and it was a good summertime choice! I thought it was alittle time consuming, but well worth it! I passed along the kraftfoods.com., for other favorites over the last 3 years.
