Mix & Match Pudding Pie

Mix & Match Pudding Pie recipe
I made the combination of Oreo crust and cookies, and used extra creamy Cool Whip. Mercy! Very rich, very good. Chocolate-monster hubby was in heaven.

I made the marshmallows version. When I looked at the recipe, I thought the bottom layer of pudding would be too rich. But it's just right when complemented with the crust, the filling and the top layer. The taste and the appearance resemble the pie that I usually get from a bakery for $9.99. I cut mine into 12 slices. It seems small but it's rich, and I savor every morsel.
I made this recipe in a 9X13 pan (doubled the recipe)...I had rave reviews at work. I would use chocolate wafers instead of Oreo cookies for the crust. I used Nutter Butter cookies (crushed instead of cut in half) as the middle, it was rich but great. thanks!
I cut pie into 10 slices, especially a rich one, and especially if my kids are eating it. No wonder our country is overweight.
This is delicious, I used the marshmallow option. Another great alternative for Christmas time is to use crushed candy canes as a middle.
Get real with the nutition information. Who cuts a pie into 10 slices? More like 6 or 8.
