This chicken recipe is soooo.... good! It tastes like sweet and sour chicken, only better. And the best part is that it is so easy to make. I made this with stuffing and it was a filling, tasty meal.

I couldn't find the jam at the store, so I used honey and water instead. Going to make this again, and again!

This was so easy and GONE before I could even go for seconds. Try it even those finiky ones who dont like onions will gobble it up like candy. My family cannot wait for me to make it again. :)

This was very good! I had my doubts about mixing the jam but it turn out great. My husband love it!!. This is a do over for sure.

Sauce was great! The whole family loved it. Even good if you omit the apricot and substitute the onion for leek. (I was in a pinch!)

Our favorite part of this was the sauce. We liked eating it with the rice. The chicken was good too, but the star of this dish is the sauce.

I made this for my parents and my husband. It was simple to prepare and the chicken came out very tender. My parents loved the flavor combination, I liked it, and my husband did not like it. It is a good recipe, but not necessarily one with widespread appeal.

This recipe had it all. It required few ingredients, was very quick to prepare, easy clean up, and everyone in the house loved it! My biggest challenge is finding recipes that everyone likes - my children are ages 1, 3 and 15 and all are picky eaters. This will be one of our staple dinners.
