This works great with the fat free dressing. Same great flavor, and much less oily. If I don't have the apricot jam on hand, I sometimes use a little brown sugar instead. Yummy.

looking forward to making this. I have made something similar using russian dressing, peach preserves and lipton onion soup.

Been making this for years, also. I use bite size pieces and use apricot preserves...makes it a bit thicker. I add a bit of sesame oil to give it an oriental flair and serve with rice and snow peas. Great company dish.

I have made this one for years but substitute the jam for a can of whole berry cranberry sauce - its amazing!! Has beena favorite of my kids since they were young and picky! Serve it with noodles so you can pour the sauce over them too!

This recipe is great I seasond the chicken with red pepper and doubled up on the sauce yummy! Insted of cooking in the oven I cooked it on the stove and served with rice and broccoli. Next time I will saute some bell pepper and add pineapple

Made this for Sunday dinner. Family love it but I definately used more dressing and a whole small jar of apricot perserves. Also used a whole packet of soup but the family thinks it was missing a little something and we all agreed that some chipotle seasoning would be good next time. Also had some for leftovers and it was actually better after sitting in the refrigerator overnight.

Yummy! Very flavorful and easy to make. I make extra sauce because it is so good!
