Tasty dish...easy to make...great for something different. I made it using chicken tenders and I doubled the sauce which I'm glad I did. Onion soup taste was a bit strong, I would possibly use only half of what was called for. Other than that my family enjoyed it served over white rice.

Simple and delicious! I literally just finished making/eating this and it was great! I didn't even check out the nutrition until afterward and am pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend this!

I was really hesitant about making this dish because of the negative reviews. Last night, I decided to just go ahead and give it a try. I'm glad I did! I seasoned the chicken before frying. I couldn't find Catilina dressing so I used French dressing. I also used apricot preservatives instead of jam and dry vegetable mix instead of onion mix. It was delicious! I served it with white rice and steamed broccoli. I will make this again!

My family (including a 4 & 2 y.o.) gobbled it up! Will make this again but with a few adjustments as the sauce was a bit too sweet and thick for my liking. I'll add some chicken broth and saute some real onion with garlic and add to the sauce.

I wasn't able to find Apricot Jam so I used Apricot Spreadable Fruit. The sauce burned around the pan edges. 45 minutes at 350 seems like a long time for chicken. We liked it, but the smell while baking was not good.
