This is my favorite chicken recipe! I use 5 chicken breasts that equal about 1.85 lbs total. I double the sauce recipe and use Kraft Free Catalina dressing. I always prepare it the night before and let it set in the fridge and then bake it the next evening. I don't brown the chicken first (not necessary). I bake it at 350 for 1 hour. Perfect everytime! Always a hit!

When I started making the sauce for this I was really nervous it wouldn't taste good despite all the good reviews but once it baked and I put it over rice, it was incredible!

So easy and so good. I actually used a can of whole cranberries instead of the jam and served it with white rice. It's very good!

This was great! There are only 2 of us, so I only used 2 chicken breasts and the whole recipe for sauce. We had lots of sauce to pour over the rice. YUM! My 9yo loved it too! It wasn't overly "orange"...it actually had a nice red-orange color. I wonder if the person who said it was bright orange used French dressing instead of Catalina?

This recipe is awesome and everyone that I've made it for has loved it. I like lots of sauce so I use more than what's in the recipe. LOVE it!

I found this recipe in a kraft magazine a couple of years ago. I make this meal about 2x per month. My family absolutely loves it
