So easy and so good. I actually used a can of whole cranberries instead of the jam and served it with white rice. It's very good!

This was great! There are only 2 of us, so I only used 2 chicken breasts and the whole recipe for sauce. We had lots of sauce to pour over the rice. YUM! My 9yo loved it too! It wasn't overly "orange"...it actually had a nice red-orange color. I wonder if the person who said it was bright orange used French dressing instead of Catalina?

This recipe is awesome and everyone that I've made it for has loved it. I like lots of sauce so I use more than what's in the recipe. LOVE it!

I liked this recipe as did my daughter. The chicken was wonderful. My son saw me put in the apricot jam & instantly disliked it. I will make it again, next time I will make sure my son isn't watching!
