A snap to prepare and tasty too! Doesn't get much better than that. Flavor is excellent. I baked this longer than specified (because my husband worked later than expected). I simply lowered the temperature to 325 and covered the baking dish. Chicken was SO tender. Loved it!
I prepare Catalina Cranberry Chicken at least once a month since it received the Kraftfoods magazine with the recipe in it. The chicken is ALWAYS tender and juicy and loaded with flavor. It has become a family favorite!!! Thanks Kraftfoods

used boneless, skinless breasts. sauce was a little thinner than we like but overall was very good.
It doesn't get any easier than this! So delicious too. I'll definitely be making this one again. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and it was very tender and tasty.

I have been making this recipe for the last 2 yrs and we love it..although I have never used bone in chicken, I always used boneless chicken breast and serve it over white rice.. I heat my mixture up to a boil before I pour over chicken to cook..I think it tastes great the next day also..
I added a touch of garlic powder, this IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, I have made it three times already in the last few months--it reheats well for left-overs--soooo delicious!! GREAT TASTE AND EASY TO MAKE. We love cranberries ALL YEAR LONG.
I did not like the flavor of this dish at all! I guess I assumed it would be sweet with the cranberry sauce. But, the combination of flavors was pretty yucky to our family!
My mom made this for my family and boyfriend last weekened. We all loved this recipe-surprisingly more than most chicken recipes we've tried. I know she did not use the onion mix, but just used onion flakes instead. If I make this, I probably also will not use it, as I think it will take away to the great taste it already has. My mom prepared the chicken for the oven in a pan lined with foil, which really reduced clean up time. She served the chicken with white rice and broccoli. It was great.
