Wow, so simple so good, I usually am not a fan of cooking with a bottled salad dressing, but Catalina or Russian dressing I am not making from scratch. I read many reviews before making & took the advice not to use the onion soup mix, I did season with granulated onion & garlic, salt & pepper. Marinated 4 hours, swapped out Catalina for Russian, thinned sauce with a couple Tbsp of orange juice. Spray your baking dish with Pam, turn & baste a couple times. No leftovers, delicious, looks like the photo too.

Super Easy! Great for company! Recommend pairing with Cheesy Potatoes (Kraft) and a baked green bean side dish. Oh Sooo Easy!

This was very easy and a good recipe, but the onion flavor was a bit strong. It also left an intense aftertaste. I will make this again, but without the onion soup. We ate it with mashed potatoes and salad.

This is my go to for church/club dinners. Marinate, marinate, marinate. Overnite is good. Less is okay. Add whatever in, I have added honey, ginger preserves, lime preserves; and, oh yes, I have used the juice of a couple of limes in the dressing as well. Outstanding

Absolutely "DELICIOUS". I followed this receipe to the "T' making for the first time and serving to company..was enjoyed by everyone!!! Served with company rice, roasted asparagus and salad.

One more thing.....you may want to de-skin your chicken parts....they tend to marinate inside for better flavor

I made this recipe and my family loved it, I just made 3 boneless chicken but I mixed everything up and just used a small amount of the sauce mixture. I am not a cook and just learning, this was easy and taste delicious!
