This is FANTASTIC!! We have it a couple times a month. Very easy and lots of flavor. We think thighs are the best with it. Brown or wild rice is great as a side and you can put some of the sauce on it.

Definite favorite!! Actually used French dressing as that was available and threw on some peanuts. We LOVE this!! NOTE: I did try it with the Catalina dressing and we like it better with the French! FYI

One of my favs! I enjoy using dark meat for this recipe (thighs) and it is delicious! I have also tried frying up the chicken and just using the sauce...FAB!

Nothing special about this one, maybe if real cranberries were used instead of a canned sauce??? Needs some zing.

Made this last nite. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and the fat free version of the Catalina dressing. It turned out great. My Mom is in town and she tried it. She absolutely loved it and asked for the receipe right away. This is amazingly easy to make. You just have to wait a bit for it to roast in the oven. Here is a tip: It you use a glass baking dish, I would recommend using oil spray to coat it prior to adding the chicken and sauce. I had to work a little extra hard to clean up the baking dish. I will remember next time.
