I wanted to like this recipe,but I didn't I am a fan of chicken,onions, and cranberries but I was not a fan of this recipe . I will not be making this again.
Absolutely one of the best Kraft recipes that I have used, and incredibly fast and easy. I didn't change a single thing and everyone raved over this dish.
I was very disappointed by this recipe, way to much sauce, very strong onion flavor. I have made the Catalina Chicken (with apricot jam) - the ratios and flavor are much better.
We really enjoyed this recipe. Served it with brown rice and steamed broccoli. Almost like a sweet and sour sauce. Used "light" catalina dressing and chicken breasts. Also, 1/2 of the recipe of the sauce will easily cover 4 chicken breasts. Froze the remainder of the sauce for next time!

Chicken was very good especially considering the ease of the dish. I passed this recipe on to several co-workers for those nights when you are just too tired to cook and yoy need something easy.
Usually my husband cooks all the chicken recipes in our house, but I wanted to try this out!Both him and my daughter loved it. Now we have a new chicken recipe!
I mixed half the Catalina dressing with some chili sauce. It took that sweet edge off just enough. Delicious.
Wonderful flavor - only two in household so mixed in jar, used half on chicken thighs & served with pasta, then used the other half on venison chops with rice. So didn't have to wait for the weekend when I have guests.
We made this recipe first, it was good but this sauce actually really stands out as a great wing sauce. We make the sauce a day ahead so the flavors are well melded and then we marinate the chicken in Catalina. We usually grill or bake the wings because of how many we have to make they disappear quick. Cook them and then toss into the cranberry sauce mixture, people fall over themselves to get to them when we make them at parties and stuff.
