I love this chicken and my picky teenagers love this chicken! It is so easy to make and has such a great flavor with the onion and the sweetness of the cranberry combined. I make this every couple of weeks with no leftovers. Two thumbs up from me!

This recipe was a terrible disappointment. The tangy sweetness of the Catalina and cranberries was completely overwhelmed by the strong onion flavor. Very unpleasant. The chicken was glazed beautifully, and it was moist and tender; but it tasted terrible. So disappointing. :(

Forgot to say, I debone the chicken and slice it into "chicken tender" size pieces before marinating.

My wife made this dish one night for dinner and it became a favorite meal for me. I love it over rice.

We love this recipe. Been making it for over two years now. Our three girls gobble it up. Goes great with mashed potatoes and green beans. If my girls didn't eat it up I would take the left overs for lunch.

I made this for 5 girlfriends at a dinner at my home and it was delicious. They raved about it and wanted the recipe, a true test! It's easy and you don't even have to brown the chicken, and yet it comes out beautifully brown!
