I made this for 5 girlfriends at a dinner at my home and it was delicious. They raved about it and wanted the recipe, a true test! It's easy and you don't even have to brown the chicken, and yet it comes out beautifully brown!

This is such an easy recipe with very few ingredients which makes it very afordable. My family LOVES when we have cranberry chicken for dinner!!!

Did not really like this recipe at all. The only thing that it did to the chicken was turn it pink. I thought it had no flavor. Did not car for the taste of the Lipton Onion Soup Mix in it either. Gave it an off taste. Would not make it again.

Always tastes excellent, freezes and reheats very well. For those who like a thicker sauce, add a little cornstarch to the mix before baking. Superb served over rice.

It was pretty good. I would make again. I wish the cranberries came through a little more. Great served over rice!

A snap to prepare and tasty too! Doesn't get much better than that. Flavor is excellent. I baked this longer than specified (because my husband worked later than expected). I simply lowered the temperature to 325 and covered the baking dish. Chicken was SO tender. Loved it!
