Recipe was very tasty but a bit oily. Next time, I will use the Fat-Free Catalina dressing.

This was the easiest dinner I have ever made! I cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces so it would cook faster. I made extra sauce and mixed a little with the rice I had prepared.

What a fantastic new chicken recipe! I thought that the flavors would be odd when mixed, but WoW ~ what a unique and delicious sauce. I used fat free catalina and chicken breasts instead of wings to lighten it up. Definitely a crowd pleaser!!

Alternatives - Use less chicken and you have more sauce. Use French dressing instead (I use light French) I always serve mine over rice and add extra dressing over it to make the rice cranberry-flavored. This is my mom's "famous" dish that she's served for years for everyone who comes over. It is fabulous. I impressed my in-laws with it and my mother-in-law is still talking about it years later. It's a regular staple for her now too!

In my family this is called christmas chicken, and we serve it with rice. I want to try to do it with pork to see if that is good too.
